PSP Online Game Uses PSN Friends List

Ever since the announcement of the PLAYSTATION Network on the PS3, PSP users have wanted universal system as well. The online problems that plagued the PS2 have also plagued the PSP. Having to create a new name, password, and account for EVERY online game you had was a hassle. With the advent of the PLAYSTATION Store fore the PSP SONY has released a new game entitled Syphon Filter: Combat Ops for download. It is only $10.00 and comes with the ability to use your PSN Friends list and log in account in the game.

All of this is created on the PC or PS3 seeing as how the only way to log into the PC Based PS Store is with an PSN Account.

 Another exciting element for Combat Ops is the introduction of the use of the PLAYSTATION Network. When logging into Combat Ops via infrastructure WiFi, you will now be able to use your PLAYSTATION Network ID, the same ID that you use to login to your PS3 with. This immediately allows you to connect with friends in Combat Ops that are currently part of your PLAYSTATION Network Friends list!
