All of this is available for pre order at $79.99.

At amazon.com they are offering the same pack but as an added bonus, with free shipping you will receive a “NIKO” Liberty City Vanity License Plate.

And don’t worry, customers who don’t have $79.99 can buy the regular edition for the “normal” price of $59.99.
