PSN to PSP: fl0w “flows” to the PSP

Posted on February 8, 2008. Filed under: gaming, news, psp, thursdays | Tags: , , , , |

A trailer recently released on the PSP PC Playstation Store showcases fl0w, it also reveals that it is coming out for the PSP. While the quality of the video is bad the gameplay will hopefully match that of the PS3 version, minus the SIXAXIS support of course. After weeks of speculation SCEA revealed today that the game will be available for the PSP via the PC Store. It is being developed by SuperVillian Studios in conjunction with ThatGameStudio. They also released some nice screen shots which are available for download on the right hand side of the screen.

Here’s what they had to say about the game:

Our focus was to ensure that the sights, sounds, and feel of the game met the highest of standards for the platform. We’re confident that you’ll all enjoy this new entry into the ever-evolving flOw universe.

Be sure to look out for this game coming on March 6, 2008.

SCRE3neD: Silent Hill: Origins

Posted on November 30, 2007. Filed under: features, gaming, playstation, SCRE3neD, thursdays | Tags: , , , , , |

Silent Hill has always been a big series on the PS2. I remember walking into my local Blockbuster eager to rent a game, I asked what they recommended [keep in mind I was new to the game scene] and almost everyone I asked said Silent Hill. Almost all of the mare pretty fun they said. Well I didn’t take their advice, instead I rented some crappy Army Man game and have always regretted doing what I did. Konami has taken the franchise to a whole new level by releasing a prologue on Sony’s PSP System. So far it has been getting fair reviews and large raves from fans across the ‘net. Should you partake in the task of buying it for entertainment purposes it will cost you a low price of $30.00 and even cheaper online. Play this game in a dark room, it’s a horror flick/game. Here’s some nice screens provided by SCEA on their website…
